Somerhill Gallery, one of the most prominant galleries in the Southeast, left Chapel Hill in 2008 after thirty-five years in business to move to Durham's Venable Center. Somerhill currently occupies 9,600 square feet of spectacular retail space in the Receiving Room building on Venable's campus.
